~Counseling
People of all ages, couples, families, or groups of people with a common purpose, are guided collaboratively to achieve goals by appointment at Maine Christian Care. Referrals are welcome from individuals, family, friends, clergy, allied health professionals, therapists/counselors, schools, human service professionals, business and industry, and insurance companies.

In intimate group settings, experiences for living well in the spirit, are arranged contractually with churches, organizations and agencies, at sites convenient for the host or sponsor.
- Conferences described below can be offered in formats of different lengths, affording time for worship, prayer, reflection, and opportunity for sharing with others (i.e. teachings of one hour, half day, full day, and two day lengths)
- Conferences in daylong or multiple day formats may have meals, overnight accommodations, and complementary experiences or programs planned with the host or sponsor.
- Conferences can be developed or customized to meet the host or sponsor’s needs, goals or topical interest.
God is Love (1John 4:8). He is love’s designer. He does not define love, as that would limit it. Like God, the nature of His love is limitless. God does describe His love by way of thousands of verses in the Bible; and in the life, death and Resurrection of Jesus we are given a glimpse of God’s love in all its glory. |
God revealed His will for every moment of our lives in the Great Commandment to love Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength; and others as ourselves. God sent His Holy Spirit to lead us into a loving bond with Christ, to become like Jesus, to be one with Him. Love is more important than anything. It is what ties everything completely together. (Colossians 3: 14)
The common thread that binds all of the conferences that are offered by Maine Christian Care is the love of God, and how, as His children, we may live in His love. In addition to the sample of conferences below, there are offerings for Love, Grace, Faith, Trust, Peace, Humility, Obedience, Correction, and Mercy. Conferences are offered from the teaching of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount, including the Beatitudes. There are conferences available from the Word of God on His simple elemental provisions: Light, Breath, Food, Water, Salt, and Fire. All glory is His. Living in praise, thanksgiving and loving allows His light to shine through us in joyous peace. |
